Lee was amazing. We were moving to Dinwiddie and lived about 2 hours away. With working home hunting wasn’t easy. Lee would go to any home we asked him to and take very detailed videos for us to decide if we wanted to make the trip to see it. What I liked is he was honest about the homes so we could make the best decision possible .he made the whole process easy from start to finish and stayed in contact with us regularly. I would highly recommend them.

Lee was referred to me by an out of state agent and I couldn't have picked a better match. He's professional and upfront about things and very knowledgeable about the area and the current market. He did a great job sending videos with descriptions to me while I was on vacation and that's when found my house. Lee always let me know the options before i made a decision. Everyone on the team i interacted with was very professional. Highly recommend!

Lee was more than helpful in finding us an house in Dinwiddie . He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.

We worked with Lee from the Williams Team and Lee was great from the very beginning. I was very nervous buying our first home and Lee helped us find the perfect house. Lee has a lot of knowledge from his background as a roofer and was able to look at houses and give us honest opinions on it. Which we appreciated alot as first time homebuyers. Lee was very available for phone calls, text messages, and whatever other needs we had. Lee was honest, professional, and hilarious. Lee understands the local housing market to a T, he is very attentive to detail and a winning personality. One thing to look for in a real estate agent is someone who loves their job and loves people and Lee does both of those effortlessly.

Our partnership with the Williams Team was very successful in transitioning from our existing home to a custom built home. They assisted us on the technical processes skillfully, but an equal value provided was the emotional support needed to sell our old house during a challenging sales period. The trust established probably prevented unnecessary price drops. In that regard, we probably saved in excess of $10k out of pocket. I would recommend the Williams Team to buyers and/or sellers without reservation.

I have worked with a few realtors in the past, but Lee Williams is by far the best. We traveled here twice from Georgia to find the right house and he would dedicate all his time to helping us find the right one. Even after we closed on the house, he conitued to help us deal with the listing agent because of issues with the seller. I cannot express how pleased we were working with Lee. He deffinately goes above and beyond what is expected from a realtor.

I became acquainted with the Williams Team through a friend who was also looking for a new home. It didn't take long to realize why they were so highly recommended. This was my first home purchase so I literally knew nothing about what I was getting into. We came to the williams team through a network system as first time homebuyers and from day one lee was honest strait forward ettc. He delt with out pain in the butt mortgage co for a few months with us patiently if we wanted to go look at a house he was on top of it amd we were looking at it with in a day or two typically. Everything that they did on there end was on point always on time any paperwork on there side was done in reasonable time period we have no complaints with the williams team what so ever and will deffinatly be going back once we either go to buy land or sell the house we just bought using them!!

I did my research to find a reputable and reliable realtor before I listed my home. I interviewed multiple realtors before deciding to go with the Williams Team! They are a younger team of husband and wife, but very knowledgeable about the market and how to best market and ultimately sell your home, I have no doubt that they put the same zeal into finding homes for perspective buyers! Even with the entire world slowing for the COVID-19, they continued to contact me and ensure that we were staying on the timeline for closing. They were never more than a phone call or email away and if they missed your call, they would call you back once they were no longer tied up! This for me personally is a huge plus for a realtor, having had many realtors just not call back. For a little prospective about realtors and home sale, this is my 8th home sale and this was one of the worst times to sell a home I have ever experienced! But the Williams Team was right there to soothe the ruffled feathers! Lee Williams helped me get a handyman to help me with work around the house to get it on the market when he was deployed. Lee was so patient showing showing us 12 houses only to have the house we chose to buy was being represented by Lee & Jessica. He chose to send us to Justin to maintain professionalism and to remain unbiased. Though he represented the seller he did a great job making our first home buying experience fantastic.

We really enjoyed working with Lee and Jessica. We never had the pleasure of meeting Jessica in person, but she was always super responsible and took care of things seamlessly in the background. Lee was helpful and honest. He immediately went to work looking at the age of all the big ticket items in each house. He told us when he thought things were worth it vs. when they weren't. We were looking for a little bit of a fixer upper and he helped us find one and outlined what we should/should not spend our money on.
